Welcome to Bari Parfum. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, bariparfum.com (the "Site"), and any related services, including the purchase of perfume decant samples (5ml and 10ml). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or purchase products.
  • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.

2. User Accounts

  • To place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at contact@bariparfum.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Products and Orders

  • All products are authentic perfume decants hand-poured from original bottles by Bari Parfum. We guarantee 100% authenticity but cannot guarantee results on individual skin due to allergies or sensitivities.
  • Product descriptions, images, and prices are for informational purposes only and may vary slightly. We reserve the right to correct errors.
  • Orders are subject to availability. We may cancel orders if items are out of stock or due to pricing errors.

4. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via accepted methods (e.g., credit cards, PayPal, CMI for Morocco). All transactions are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD).
  • Prices exclude shipping, taxes, and duties. You are responsible for any additional fees.
  • We do not store payment details; all processing is handled by third-party providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping is handled via Amana (local in Morocco, 1-3 days) or Aramex (international, 7-14 days).
  • Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays due to carriers or customs.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. Inspect packages upon receipt and report issues within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted for unopened, unused decants within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus shipping costs.
  • No returns for opened products due to hygiene reasons. Contact us at contact@bariparfum.com for return instructions.
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (images, text, logos) is owned by Bari Parfum or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bari Parfum is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use or product purchase.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
  • Products are sold "as is"; we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with the updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
