Shipping Methods and Times

Local Shipping (Morocco): Orders are shipped via Amana for fast, reliable delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days within Morocco (e.g., Casablanca to Marrakech)
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over 1000 MAD within Morocco.
- Local Rates: Under 200 MAD, shipping starts at 30 MAD (flat rate).
- We do not cover return shipping unless due to our error (e.g., damaged item).
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your order on the carrier's website (Ozon or Aramex).
- If no tracking update within 5 days, contact us for assistance.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is lost or delayed beyond our estimated times, contact us within 30 days with your tracking number. We'll investigate with the carrier and issue a refund or replacement if applicable.
