At Bari Parfum, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our authentic 5ml and 10ml perfume decants. Eligibility for Refunds
- Unopened Products: We accept returns for unopened, unused decants in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of delivery.
- Opened Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for opened or used decants. Perfume is a personal care item, and once sprayed or applied, it cannot be resold.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong scent or size), we will issue a full refund or replacement upon verification. Report issues within 48 hours of receipt with photos.
- Non-Eligible Items: Custom orders, personalized decants, or items on sale (final sale) are not eligible for refunds.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact us via email at contact@bariparfum.com within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number, product details, and reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RMA number on the package.
- Ship Back: Return the item to our address in Morocco (provided upon approval) at your expense. We recommend using tracked shipping.
- Inspection: Upon receipt (typically 3-7 days), we will inspect the item. If approved, processing begins.
Refund Processing
- Timeline: Approved refunds are issued within 7-10 business days after inspection, to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Amount: Full refund for eligible items, minus original shipping costs. Shipping fees on returns are non-refundable. International duties/taxes are not refunded.
- Shipping Refunds: Free replacement shipping for defective items; otherwise, no shipping refunds.
Exceptions and Limitations
- Refunds are not available for change of mind on opened products or standard wear/tear.
- In case of shipping delays or lost packages, we will work with the carrier (e.g., Amana or Aramex) to resolve. Refunds for non-delivery require proof of claim.
- This policy complies with Moroccan consumer protection laws. For disputes, we encourage amicable resolution before escalation.
Changes to Policy
